At Perfume Palace, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

Carefully place the perfume bottle in its original designer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding to prevent breakage.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our quality control team verifies the seal is intact, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
